  This is Judith Romaniello. I contacted this company because of a promotion through Home Depot. When they called me the voice of Brian said "GOTCHA" to every question he asked. Obviously he did not get me because I explained I was a business owner and only needed a tub in one of my rental units. No wall surround. He stated he could not set up an appointment unless my husband was there! It is MY BUSINESS. GOT ME? After speaking to the quality control person (Cindy) I decided to take a chance. I gave her my business address as well as the unit that the salesman should come to and my cell number and asked for a 1/ 2 hour call ahead. you guessed it , he showed up at the business address, while I was at the job location, with no call ahead. I called Cindy and he was dispatched to the rental.. He gave me an estimate of $6400. for tub and surround. I explained politely to him that I only wanted him to come out if he could give me a quote for A TUB. He said that they do not just replace tubs. I really do not think the job would be a positive experience since no one seems to know what they are doing, and discrimination cannot be tolerated. ,
