  Design phase went well. After that it was not very good. They made multiple mistakes like not checking cabinet inventory before delivery resulting in a missing cabinet to not remembering we had a garbage disposal. The cabinet issue led to the installer flipping out on the project manager in my lawn embarrassing me and he also left a large pile of trash in my front yard. My neighbors still talk about it a year later. I tried going local with our money but the professionalism just is not there. The most irritating part was they kept making mistakes and then asking for money. It was suppose to be half down which we paid on time and half on completion. Not you are missing a cabinet and a drain needs fixed please pay us. If I had to do this over I would have hired someone else.
